1) The visitors will have to fill up an offer from the advertiser to unlock the page that they want to view
2) The visitors have to spend a few minutes to fill up a short survey or offer
3) You get cash for evey offer completed by your user.
Actually its a win-win situation for both you and your site’s visitors. But make sure that the content of your site is very valuable to your visitor that they willing to spend 1-2 minutes of their time to fill up the offer to view the content of your site, or else you might lose your visitors.

I just start using this CPALead in the middle of last month on my totally new site I developed just for this program, so I still not get paid yet. Most likely on end of this month I’ll be paid around $300.
