Get quality backlink by buying link on directory

There are a lot of way for webmaster to get higher ranking on search engine. One of themis buy get their website been linked on a lot of high PR (page ranking) directories websites. This also called to get one way quality backlink on another site. One way backlink is important because of this to say that your website is has been as reference from that website.

But, if you have 2 ways backlink, search engine robot assume that this only an exchange link between to webmaster.Not to say that this not important, but one way link is better than it.
